Texas Instrument TPS6050x Step-Down Charge Pump Datasheet - Texas Instrument TPS6050x Step-Down Charge Pump Datasheet provides TPS6050x devices which are a family of step-TPS60502 Application Circuit down charge pumps that generate a regulated, fixed 3.3-V, 1.8-V, 1.5-V, or adjustable output voltage.

It has 3,05 mm x 4,98 mm in actual size with only four small ceramics capacitors required to build a complete high efficiency dc/dc charge pump converter.

In easy words the TPS6050x devices can be applied to PDA, DSP Core Supply, Cellular Phones, Portable Instruments, Internet Audio Player, PC Peripherals, and USB Powerd Aplications.

Avalaible options type of this charge pump family are TPS60500DGS, TPS60501DGS, TPS60502DGS, TPS60503DGS. Each type are described its marking DGS package, output voltage, and minimum input voltage IO = 150 mA in table view.

The TPS6050x Datasheet consist of an oscillator, a voltage reference, an internal resistive feedback circuit (fixed voltage version only), an error amplifier, two charge pump stages with MOSFET switches, a shutdown/start-up circuit, and a control circuit.

The fractional conversion which is used to achieve high efficiency over a wide input and output voltage range, switches between an LDO mode, a 2/3x mode, a 0.5x mode, and a 1/3x mode (each detailed in diagrams view).
