LM358 Single Power Supply Voltage

LM358 Single Power Supply Voltage Datasheet and Circuit Diagrams - LM358s are part of National Semiconductor LM158 low power dual operational amplifiers series which were designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltage.

The circuit diagrams presented in the following datasheet emphasizes operation on only a single power supply voltage.

LM358s are available in 8-Bump micro SMD chip sized package, 100 dB large DC voltage gain, internally frequency compensated for unity gain, temperature compensated, independent low supply

current drain (500uA) of supply voltage, wide power supply range (3V-32V for single; 1.5V-16V for dual supplies), are some features of the LM358 which make this device compatible with all forms of logic and power drain suitable for battery operation, according to the LM358 datasheet.

The LM358 circuit diagrams shown in the datasheet are typical single-supply applications such Non-Inverting DC Gain (0V Output), DC Summing Amplifier, Power Amplifier, “BI-QUAD” RC Active

Bandpass Filter, Fixed Current Sources, Lamp Driver, LED Driver, Current Monitor, Pulse Generator, Squarewave Oscillator, Comparator with Hysteresis, Low Drift Peak Detector, Voltage Controlled Oscillator/VCO (click to enlarge figure) and more.
