ICL7660/ICL7660A Voltage Splitting Circuit Diagram - Splitting a higher supply in a half using ICL7660 and or ICL7660A in bidirectional characteristic is shown in the following circuit diagram.

The combined load will be evenly shared between the two sides.

With this voltage splitting and then a cascading ICL7660 and ICL7660A circuit, +15V can be converted to -15V.
