ICL7660 CMOS Voltage Converter Circuit Applications - The ICL7660s are unique monolithic CMOS power supply circuit which offer simple conversion of +5V Logic Supply to -ICL7660 output voltage 

regulation circuit +5V Supplies, Simple Voltage Multiplication,  wide operating voltage range, and can also be connected to function as voltage doublers for generating output voltages up to +18.6V with a +10V input.
