Digital Thermometer Circuit Diagram using IC741 -By using operational amplifier IC741 we can make a digital thermometer circuit which can measure temperatures up to 150C.

As you might see in the following circuit diagram, it uses 2 operational amplifiers IC741, IC7805 positive voltage regulator, and IC7660 negative low-dropout regulator.

The two IC 741s provide a constant flow of current via the base emitter junction of the BC108 transistor. They operate off regulated about 5V power supply which is resulted from the IC 7805 and regulator IC 7660.
