Design Two-Wheeled User Programmable Vehicle Using L293D Motor Driver

Design Two-Wheeled User Programmable Vehicle Using L293D Motor Driver - As stated in the previously article about L293D, this type of IC mainly used to directly drive a motor application, relay, dc, solenoid and etc.
Below we provide you with an article information regarding L293D Motor Driver to design a two-wheerole of the L293D motor driver in the two-wheeled user programmable vehicleled user programmable vehicle which can be built by yourself.
This two-wheeled user programmable vehicle is driven by two electric motors (with gearbox) and is controlled by a microprocessor.
You need to purchase the following component: a PCB, a PICAXE-08M microprocessor, a L293 IC motor driver, a 16 pin IC socket, an 8 pin IC socket, 5 pcs 0.1 uF monolythic capacitor, a 100uF
electolythic capacitor, a 220 Ohm Resistor, 2pcs 10k Ohms resistor, a 22k Ohms resistor, a stereo socket, a header strip, a jumper, 2 long lever microswitch, a smal sliding switch 4AA battery holder, 22 self-tapping screw, 4 M3Nut, and a red LED to accomplish.
In this project, the L293D motor driver contains two H-bridge circuits that are suitable for driving small DC motors.
The motor driver IC is simpler to use and fault-find than using individual transistors and resistors. You can see the role of the L293D motor driver in the above block diagram (click to enlarge).
Also you can find the motor driver IC in responding high/low voltage sequence on its inputs by opens/closes the high-current electronic switches in its H-bridges circuits.
