Colibrys MS9000 Inertial Accelerometer Pin Diagram and Description -MS9000 is an inertial accelerometer used to be applied in avionics, land & sea navigation, train control, tilt & inclination and etc. The following picture is the top view of pin diagram of this sensor.
This MS9000 sensors can operate from a single power supply voltage (2.5V-5.5V) with low current consumption (<0.5mA at 5V).
And the pin description of the Colybris MS900 accelerometer is described as followed:
Pin | Description | Remarks |
4 | VDD | Power supply |
5 | VAGND | Accelerometer output reference voltage (VDD/2) |
6 | VSS | Ground |
7 | V0 | Temperature sensor output |
8 | Vout | Accelerometer output signal |
16 | VPP | Must be connected to VSS |
17 | SCK | Must be connected to VSS |
18 | SDA | Must be connected to VSS |
