Wideband Signal Injector This injector circuit generates signals in both HF and AF range. This wideband capability is very helpful in troubleshooting jobs to isolate the malfunctioning stage. The circuit is constructed using 6 inverter gates inside the single IC 7414. The six gates are wired as astable multivibrators and generate a squarewave signal with different frequencies.

The given component values produce the frequencies: 100 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz, 100 kHz, 1 MHz, and 10 MHz.
